On Monday (10/14/2019) at the Head Office of PJB Services, the SIAP Setting and Employee Self Service (ESS) Learning Management Application Launching was held at an event entitled Optimizing Digital Environment to Leverage PJBS Business Goal
The event which was attended by the Directors and representatives of all PJB Services Units was a series of digital-based Human Capital management transformation programs. SIAP Setting LMS application (Seventy Experience Twenty-Ten Informal & Formal Learning) is a Learning Management System application / online learning platform that facilitates online employee learning mechanisms that contain e-learning / video learning modules, online Coaching & Mentoring, Project Assignment and Test online competence.
This application is also equipped with Virtual Reality technology to facilitate employees in undergoing the learning process. This application is integrated in the Employee Self Service (ESS) frame which allows employees to sign in to their respective accounts and access their human resource data both related to personal data, leave applications, attendance, business trips and learning mechanisms and knowledge management .
In this event, there was also an external guest speaker, Mr. Heru Wiryanto, a Social-People Data Scientist who delivered material on Digital Transformation as one of the keys to the Company to be able to continue to grow, develop and win the competition. The program which is packaged in “millennial style” is expected to be one of the Company’s milestones in the development of the Human Capital System.
SIAP Reaching The Sky
