JAKARTA – PJBS Innovation Festival is a competition arena for PLN employees and its subsidiary, which has been held since 1999. The innovations which are contested are the best result of the implementation of knowledge management in each unit and its subsidiaries, because they have been selected from many works of innovation in the unit.
In the event of Innovation Festival (Lomba Karya Inovasi) PLN in knowledge Sharing Norm Innovation Festival & Exhibition as the 69th Anniversary of PLN, PJBS successfully won the champion as the 3rd winner. PJBS sent their representatives who have been selected previously through Innovation Contest made by the Internal PJBS and managed by Sub.Bid Training and KM (Knowledge Management) under the supervision of Sub.Dit HR and Administration . The Innovation entitled “Dredging Machine Blade Modification For Optimizing Anti Clogging In Chute Indramayu Power Plant Coal Bunker” . The young innovators, who were selected from PJBS, Wahyu Hidayat, Rully Christian, and Ferdinand, successfully amazed the judge in their presentation show at the event KNIFE 2014 (Norm Knowledge Innovation Festival & Exhibition 2014) which was held at the headquarters of PLN Jakarta on 8-10 October 2014.
With this victory, it reinforces the competence PJBS as Power Plant Company with International Standards and make PJBS as O & M Company which is able to prove its existence both in national and even international level.
