In an order to improve relationship between management and employees both in units and headquarters, management PJBS helds Safari Ramadhan events. Safari Ramadhan this year carried out by around 18 units started from the UBJOM PLTU Indramayu on 24 June 2015 and will be closed at Unit UBJOM PLTU Tanjung Awar-awar on July 13, 2015. As for PLTG Duri, PLTU Tenayan, and PLTMG Teluk Lembu was held on last July 3, 2015.
Events Safari Ramadhan for PLTG Duri, PLTU Tenayan, and PLTMG Teluk Lembu held in Ballroom Grand Zuri Pekanbaru Hotel with the theme “Safari Ramadhan Buka Bersama Dan Peduli Anak Yatim”. The event was attended by Mr. Adi Setiawan as Director of Human Resources and Administration of PT PJB Services and accompanied by the Special Unit Manager SCM Mr. Ibnu, IT Manager Mr Andri, Project Support Manager Mr. Agus Budi and Commercial Manager Mr. Saptono, lasted intense yet delightfull because attended by employees of three units at once (PLTG Duri, PLTU Tenayan, dan PLTMG Teluk Lembu). This event starts at 16.00 opened with the reading of Tilawatil Qur’an, followed by a speech from Mr. Adi Setiawan as Director of Human Resources and Administration of PT PJB Services, and Mr. Djoko as PLTU Duri Unit Manager. The event continued with donations and gifts to orphans from the orphanage Yayasan Tunas Bangsa given symbolically by Mr. Adi Setiawan. The event closed with religious lectures and buka bersama at 17:30 local time.
Ramadan is a holy month, and blessed with the most appropriate time to improve relationship. Hopefully this Safari Ramadan can provide benefits, and to improve the harmonious relationship between PJBS Management with all employees at the PLTG Duri, PLTU Tenayan, and PLTMG Teluk Lembu in particular and all employees PJBS in all units in general.
