The signing of the Deed of Establishment of the company implemented in PT PJB Jakarta Representative Office on Wednesday (05/06/2015). The event was attended by the Director of PJBS Hari Suharso as a shareholder of PJBS, Ompang Reski Hasibuan and Dicky Maryono as Commissioner of PT SKP and Mudjiono appointed as Director of SKP and Djati Prasetyo as shareholders of PJB Welfare Foundation.
PT SKP which is a subsidiary PJBS is focused in the areas of technical competence of certification services in the fields of electricity as well as consulting in the field of electricity, but it is also intended to carry out business in the field of services related to the business of the company in order to make the most of its potential company.
With the establishment of PT SKP reinforce PJBS step in facing the challenges of the future and strengthen the vision PJBS as a power generation asset management company and supporting with international standards.
